Mathiles reinvest in Dayton area
Clayton and Mary Ann Mathile made some donations to the Republican Party that has generated some news articles as of late. Two things are important to remember about them and what they mean to this community:
First, they support Democrats as well. I am one of them.
Most important, they continue to reinvest in the Dayton region. I first met Mathile in 1979. He coached my grade-school basketball team in Trotwood. His kids were my classmates.
After he sold Iams, he and Mary Ann could have easily sponsored a scholarship or two and headed for Florida, but they stayed. They have helped to start economic development efforts such as the Dayton Development Coalition and The Glen — a program to assist single mothers in moving out of poverty — and countless other meaningful efforts.
This matters because we see many examples of individuals and companies taking their money out of a community and opting not to reinvest wealth in the places that were so important to their success. It takes work to do the right thing, and the Mathiles have shown us that example. Dan Foley Harrison Twp. Mr. Foley is a Montgomery County commissioner.

If you like to catch a gust of air while wakeboarding, wakeboard towers can help you a lot. Wakeboard towers are useful structures formed by attaching new boards to the tower in a wakeboard rack and solve the difficulty of cluttering in the boat. You can find some of it in various sleek and powerful shapes and designs and usually in black and steel colours
