We the residents of Bandar Bukit Beruntung have been patiently waiting for local authority and developer to fulfil their earlier promises to seriously look into the matter and resolve our problems quickly.
Problem relating to Europlus,The rectification of faulty street lights,Damaged road,general landscape is poor,Rubbish and debris clogged the drains and structure of streetlights are ready at jalan Tanjung/Jalan Semarak but no supply of electricity for over a year

¤ Collecting of daily rubbish.Not constant
¤ No attention given to land scaping
¤ Trimming of plants and trees along the main roads and service
road for residential area
¤ Cutting of grass and lalang are not regular.
¤ Empty house with overgrown lalang and grass
¤ Houses converted to nursery(plants and pots).
¤ Renovation debris are not allowed to be dispose at the dumping
ground belonging to the Majlis Dearah.

The junction leading out from jalan jejarm (Mobil Petrol Station) towards the Bukit Berutung Toll needs widening into three lanes

¤ Streetlight beam knocked down are not replaced.
¤ Some residental areas are still in darkness.
the electricity supply is not consistent
¤ Doors at the sub-Station are broken
¤Cables boxes for streetlights are left open

¤Need a traffic light at the juction leading to Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Bukit Berutung and
Public bank area
¤ Daycare centres and kindergartens operating without licence.
¤ Playground without play equipments at all
¤ Cleaning of the drains within the residential areas.It is not properly done.
¤ Operation of "Besi Buruk" Emit bad smel.When it rains to the residential areas near to it.
¤ Loitering of cows,escecially at night and the early hours in the morning along the main roads
¤ Potholes along the main roads servivr roads are not resurfaced.
¤ create a hawker zone to avoid illegal hawkers operating along roadside and junctions
